In order to raise a return request please note that the product is in original condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging with your original receipt for a refund/exchange. We have only exchange policy for the same in case of any defect in product. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The exchange request should be raised within 5 days of delivery.
To raise the exchange request
Select your order
Click on return
Select Exchange and select the reason in drop down box.
Click on add image and upload the image of unused original item.
Select the address or add new.
Once your request is approved we will send you mail and the product will be picked up within 3-4 days.
Your refund will be processed within 7 to 8 days. For your convenience refund will be initiated by google pay, paytm or refund amount will be transfer to your bank account number.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You can also send your exchange request to dhirajanand2009@gmail.com, with details as order number, email id, phone number, defect in product with photos and receipt or proof of purchase within 5 days of product delivery. Please note that ,the product must be in original condition as you received it and must be in the original packaging with your original receipt for a refund/exchange.
